Terms and Conditions

Updated 2nd December 2025

Monthly Payments

Please note as of April 2024 we moved away from our half termly payment schedule onto a monthly payment schedule. We are now moving onto a new booking platform Class for Kids. This means each parent needs to create an account with class for Kids and the payment for lessons will be taken on the 1st of the month each month.

48 week term

Classes from the 5th of January 2026 will run to a 48 week term and we are now open throughout the school holidays, on bank holidays and during the summer months. We will only be closed for 4 weeks throughout the year which will be shown in the club calendar. The monthly costs per year are averaged out, so one month might have 2/3 weeks of training sessions this would balance out with the months where there might 4/5 training sessions. The fees you pay cover lessons for 48 weeks of the year. We reserve the right to cancel 2 sessions with no refund in the year, but we will offer make-up sessions where possible.

Payment Schedule

Payments are due on the 1st of each month and will be collected from the card that you choose on Class for Kids. If the payment is not successful they will try to take the payment on 2 more occasions. If the payment is not able to be collected on all 3 occasions this will result in your child not being able to take part in the session and they will lose their space in the class.

Changing Class Time or Day

We understand that people’s personal circumstances and schedules change and whilst we cannot guarantee a space in another class, we do prioritize member class change requests above adding in new members. We will do our best to accommodate any requests to switch class times or days. Please ensure that your request to change class is emailed into us (not verbally given) as soon as possible so that we can assist you. Any discussions with coaches or requests made that have not been sent in by email will not be acted upon.

Increasing Training Hours

As above we will do our best to accommodate any increase in hours, please send an email to request increasing or decreasing hours and this will be arranged. If you are increasing training hours a pro-rata one-off payment will be due to cover any additional training costs for the remainder of the month.

Cancelling or Decreasing Training Hours

We understand that people’s circumstances might change, and that you may wish to reduce your training hours or cancel your lessons completely. For anyone wishing to decrease the hours you are required to give 2 weeks’ notice by email. Please also specify which classes you will no longer be attending and how many hours you will be doing following the reduction. For those wishing to cancel please provide written confirmation of your request to cancel at least 2 weeks before the next payment is due to our email address – info@skyscraperstrampolineclub.co.uk. If you wish to leave part way through a month no refund will be given for upcoming lessons. Please note you must communicate with the club as soon as possible if you wish to cancel so that we can cancel the subscription.

Illness and Injures T & C

In the event of injury or illness which results in a member being unable to attend their session (for an extended period) please provide a medical note to the club and we will try to keep their space open without any further fees for a maximum period of 2 months. If at this time member cannot return to classes, they will be put at the top of the waiting list for when they are able to reattend.

To obtain a refund should the above happen the club will require a medical note and need to be informed in writing of the refund request within a maximum notice of 1 week from the first missed session due to the injuries/illness. Should this information be provided, a refund will be provided. The refund will not cover any previously attended classes and will only cover any classes that they were not able to attend because of the injury or illness within that month.

Removal From Classes by Club

We reserve the right to remove a Participant from the Session(s) or to refuse admittance should we deem it necessary to do so. This includes where a Participant does not comply with the safety rules and advice, does not act responsibly and courteously, is disruptive, does not participate, behaves in a way that we deem to be inappropriate in the circumstances, fails to respect or affects the enjoyment of the class for other Participants.

If a participant turns up more than 10 mins late to a class or is not dressed appropriately to participate, we reserve the right to refuse entry.

No refunds or compensation will be payable if the club has refused entry for any of the reasons set out above.
